The role is to lead and guide the Networks and GCTO Business Partnering Finance team in the support of business performance reporting and analysis, business case evaluation and any other strategic decision and action.
The role has to business partner with GCTO, Networks MD, VPs and Heads on all reporting, analysis, budgeting and financial evaluation. In addition, the role will lead the implementation of the new Enterprise Performance Management system for Network Cost and end to end Capex process.
Make an Impacy by:
- Responsible for business performance reporting and analysis, forecasting, budgeting and business case evaluation for strategic decisions, including cost transformation projects for Networks and GCTO.
- Track overall Networks and GCTO Financial KPIs to ensure that company and business unit targets are met, and keeping management informed of progress KPIs so that prompt and appropriate actions can be taken to improve performance where necessary.
- Coordinate the Annual Budgeting exercise, Quarterly Forecasting and Monthly reporting for overall Networks and GCTO
- Responsible for Networks product costing, cost allocation, analysis and syndication with Product owners for Network Capex Spending
- Review key business processes at regular intervals to help identify potential areas of risk exposure and work with the Networks to address control gaps and mitigate risks.
- Perform financial assessment for vendors for due diligence.
- Responsible for system implementation of new Enterprise Performance Management system for Network Cost and E2E Capex
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance.
- More than 10 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of relevant Accounting Standards
- Good understanding of financial systems and how they meet Management, Financial and Regulatory reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills, project management skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Team player
- Self-motivator
- Good interpersonal and people management skills
- Good understanding of telecommunications business
