Role Overview:

 

RE:AI is expanding its product management team and hiring for an additional Associate Director – Product Management to play a key leadership role in driving the commercial and product success of RE:AI. The role requires to complement existing product team in driving holistic ownership of the product lifecycle — from market strategy and productization to pricing and profitability — ensuring RE:AI offerings align with business growth and capacity expansion goals while complementing the existing product portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead end-to-end product financial management for RE:AI solutions, including revenue forecasting, cost optimization, and profitability tracking.
  • Define and execute productization frameworks for new AI infrastructure products and services, turning technical capabilities into commercially scalable offerings.
  • Develop and manage dynamic pricing structures and monetization models aligned with market demand, capacity utilization, and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, capacity management, and operations teams to align product roadmap with upcoming GPU, data center, and cloud capacity expansions.
  • Lead complex bid and tender responses for large-scale AI infrastructure opportunities, coordinating technical, commercial, and regulatory inputs across teams.
  • Complement and enhance existing product lines (connectivity, data centre, cloud infrastructure, and AI platforms) to create integrated end-to-end solutions for customers.
  • Analyze emerging AI infrastructure trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to guide product differentiation and roadmap prioritization.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment between business goals, product delivery, and customer value realization.

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or AI compute domains.
  • Proven success in managing P&L, pricing models, and lifecycle management for enterprise or platform-based products.
  • Strong understanding of AI infrastructure (GPU clusters, HPC, sovereign AI clouds, or edge data centers).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex bids and solution proposals with enterprise or government clients.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
