Make an Impact by:
- Perform infrastructure planning for new developments, which includes site meeting with the developer and M&E consultant, inspection of telecom facilities provided by developer and ensure the tenants in the building can have SingTel services before TOP date.
- Engaging with the developer for information on TOP dates, number of units and to have site meetings with consultants and main contractors for inspection and taking over of telecom facilities in accordance the IMDA COPIF.
- Planning of pipeline connection to the builder lead-in pipe.
- Planning of fibre to the new development MDF rooms.
- Planning of pre-lay fibre to riser for every new development.
- Planning of pre-lay fibre to every unit for non-residential developments.
- Review COPIF plan submissions by developer to TFCC.
- Co-ordinate the work from pipeline connections to equipment commissioning.
- Manage and resolve site issues related to pipe and cable – Work with provisioning teams and contractors to resolve site issues like pipe block, pipe congestion, and access issues.
- Regular update the supervisor on the work progress and issues related to the planning work.
- Liaising with the relevant departments in SingTel on the planning and implementation of fibre projects to meet the customers’ requirement.
- Any other duties assigned by Manager-in-charge.
Skills for Success:

Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunications or in relevant field.

Preferably with 1 year working experience and holding Class 3C driving license.

Able to work during non-office hours to support network incidents and restoration.

Good working knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to various work environments and customer requirements.
- Have a passion for customer service and possess customer handling skills.
- Good communication and written skills in English or Bilingual preferred.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
- Independent and capable of decision making and problem solving.
