Make an Impact by:

  • To track and manage different type of maintenance tickets of different product and campaign (eg evolve, elite, polcam and etc.)
  • Investigate and analyse operation reports and make recommendation for process improvement.
  • Conduct random audit on the field engineers job and adherence to procedure.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders (Internal, field partners and customers) to ensure the fault/onsite resolution.  
  • To ensure that the fault has been attended by partners and able to resolve the fault onsite reported by customer
  • To ensure that the partners follow Singtel guidelines in attending/rectifying fault and dealing with customers
  • To ensure that the maintenance tickets are assigned accordingly to relevant partners.
  • To ensure that the Field Engineers onsite do the necessary checks and rectification or have referred to relevant party to follow-up on rectification.
  • To provide weekly reports for analysis (e.g weekly fault trend, repeated visits etc)
  • To work with stakeholders on device management to ensure spares are available for partners.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Diploma in Civil/Electrical & Computer Engineering, and related engineering disciplines
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good understanding of basic data communication and info communication technology (eg mobile, broadband, voice and TV)  

  • Have a passion for customer service and possess excellent customer handling skills.

  • Possess interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment.

  • Good at planning and organization.

  • Independent and capable of decision making and problem solving.

  • Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
