Make an Impact by:

Track and manage service orders under the Operations Support Team.

Support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.

Generate and analyze operational reports; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Coordinate with customers and Customer Fronting Units (CFU) on provisioning matters and service-related issues.

Ensure timely and accurate provisioning updates; respond promptly to customer enquiries.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Circuit Engineering, specifically in Exchange Diversity (ED) and Path Diversity (PD).

Provide Tier 2 support for fibre routing related to ED and PD.

Collaborate with both internal teams and external contractors to ensure successful service delivery to customers.

Support the Business Unit in maintaining service excellence and managing customer expectations.

Work closely with CFU to clarify and resolve issues when necessary.

Manage fibre-based product orders, ensuring they are completed and commissioned according to the Customer Request Date (CRD).

Contribute to achieving the Customer Experience (CE) survey score Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Skills for Success:
- Diploma in Computer, IT, Engineer or Customer Service. Additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge in WAN technologies – Layer 1. (e.g Leased Line, Internet, Metro Ethernet, SD WAN, etc).
- Knowledge in GPON technologies.
- Experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in the home / office networking, telecommunications, or green technology industry.
- Good understanding of the technical knowledge in data communication (wired, wireless), internet security and home automation.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to various work environments and customer requirements.
- Have a passion for customer service and possess excellent customer handling skills
- Valid Class 3 driving license.
- Customer-oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills (oral and written)
- Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical and ability to persuade others to change existing practices.
