Make an Impact by:
- Conduct targeted, ad-hoc and regular investigations and audits to ensure compliance of work completion and claims with quality standards and requirements.
- Submit a comprehensive audit report detailing findings and recommendations on identified issues with stakeholders to share areas of improvement.
- Analyse existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and implement streamlined procedures.
- Document process changes and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Utilize process mapping tools and software to visualize and communicate improvements.
- Monitor and analyse first visit completion metrics across service teams.
- Identify root causes of repeat visits and develop actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with scheduling, dispatch, and field service teams to ensure Field Engineers are equipped for first-time resolution
Skills for Success:
- Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting service audit, fraud investigation, claims auditing in any industry.
- Strong knowledge of fraud detection systems, analytics and process mapping tools.
- Experience with claims management systems and compliance tracking tools.
- High attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Collaborative mindset for working with compliance, and operational teams
