Make an Impact by
- 24/7 shift support for Satellite Operations
- Provide Level 1 support for Maritime, Fixed, Starlink and other value-added satellite services.
- To monitor the Infra devices that includes core routers, UPS, M&C alarm for Antenna.
- To effectively follow the incident management process using the SMoD queue ticketing system.
- To co-ordinate the installation, commissioning and testing of the Satellite services with vendor/SI.
Skills for Success
- A good diploma in Satellite Communications Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Infocomm from a recognized institution.
- Applicants without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience and skillset will also be considered.
- Knowledge in satellite communications is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Operational readiness on 24 X 7 environment.
- Ability to perform 12 hours shift operations.
