JOB SUMMARY
- Marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for a versatile marketer who’s eager to do this and more. The candidate will need to have experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns. The candidate should be proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and strive under tight deadlines to meet changing needs and timelines.
- This is a Direct contract role for 6 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Responsible for leading driving and delivering brand and marketing plans and strategies for Singapore WRB product to meet business KPIs.
- Responsible for the alignment of marketing objectives, deliverables and review of budgets and metrics against each budget line for Marketing.
- Good stakeholders and agencies management skill is important.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives and optimise accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal marketing team and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and monitor emerging issues and potential risks to delivery, escalating to line management and relevant CABM, Brand and WRB leads as appropriate.
Business
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns (not essential but good to have)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Processes
- Responsible for the development of creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications including print, and digital.
- Work with stakeholders and agencies to conceptualise and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
People & Talent
- Develop strong internal relationships and collaborative working models with key stakeholders across business teams to ensure effective partnerships among colleagues across WRB, Brand and CABM
- Keep abreast of delivery of marketing projects against developed plans, update plans and communicate changes to key stakeholders.
Risk Management
- Adhere to Brand guideline and manage marketing standards to reinforce overall SC positioning through consistency in tone, look and feel, and gain competitive market advantage.
Governance
- Implement a standard marketing process including market planning, campaign execution, performance tracking and stakeholder engagement model.
- Understand the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. - Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Lead the WRB SG Marketing to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.]
- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 5 Plus years experience in Marketing role with Digital marketing as a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of resource planning and stakeholder management.
- Experience in working in a complex, global organization.
- Experience in Data Gathering & Analysis
- Experience in Marketing Strategy and Positioning.
- Contract Duration – 6 months
