Make an Impact by

 

Scope, develop and deploy Power Platform solutions

 

  • Automation Development: Design, build, and implement automation workflows using Power Platform to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Solution Design: Work with business stakeholders and analysts to identify opportunities for process automation. Design RPA solutions that address business needs, ensuring scalability and longevity.
  • Integration: Integrate Power Automate with a wide range of enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services, including Microsoft 365 apps (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), third-party systems, and APIs.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve automated workflows by identifying areas for optimization, improving performance, and ensuring error handling and logging mechanisms are in place.
  • Testing and Validation: Perform rigorous testing and validation of automated processes to ensure they operate correctly and meet defined business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automations.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Create detailed documentation for workflows, automation processes, and system configurations. Provide knowledge transfer and training to end-users and other team members.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the performance of automated processes and ensure they remain functional and efficient. Provide support for troubleshooting and addressing operational issues related to automation solutions.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT, and operations teams, to ensure smooth integration and deployment of automation solutions.
  • Growth mindset: Enjoy working in a diverse team, sharing successes and growth and possess excellent communication skills

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of relevant working experience around Power Automate development or any RPA tool.
  • Expertise in Power Automate (both Cloud and Desktop).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, HTTP requests, and connectors.
  • Familiarity with automation best practices such as error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.
  • Certifications in any of the automation tool will be a plus.
