You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our Business Continuity Management framework and operational resilience strategy, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving a culture of operational continuity across the organization. How you succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll need to take a proactive and collaborative approach to business continuity management and operational resilience. This involves working closely with stakeholders to identify potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. You’ll need to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, and be able to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

What you do

  • Drive the implementation of business continuity management policy and procedures

  • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify potential disruptions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct business impact analysis, develop and test business continuity plans

  • Provide training and awareness programs to ensure stakeholders understand their roles and responsibilities

  • Review business continuity plans to ensure they remain relevant and effective

  • Collaborate the implementation of resilience frameworks aligned to MAS BCM/TRM Guidelines, PRA Operational Resilience, and other relevant regulatory standards.

Who you are

  • A certification in a relevant field, such as business continuity, operational resilience, or disaster recovery

  • Minimally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or non-financial risk functions in banking or financial services.

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including MAS BCM/TRM, UK PRA, Basel Principles, APRA CPS 230, and global best practices.

  • Proven ability to work across business, risk, and technology teams to integrate resilience into enterprise-wide risk management practices.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and program execution skills.
