As an Intelligence and Crisis Management Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers and premises. How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to stay vigilant and proactive in identifying potential security threats through intelligence information acquisition, analysis and reporting so that the bank can anticipate and prepare for impending threats and manage crisis situations effectively. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders to assess risks, develop mitigation strategies and playbooks, and implement effective security measures. You will also be a part of the team that will support crisis management, such as developing robust crisis management plans. In addition, you will also conduct physical security risk assessments to ensure our facilities including any third-party engagement locations are adequately mitigated.
What you do

Intelligence gathering and analysis from various sources such as open-source intelligence, to identify emerging threats (physical and natural) and vulnerabilities impacting the bank’s people, assets and operations.

Monitor geopolitical, social/economic and climate risks that may impact the bank.

Generate actionable intelligence reports and briefs

Develop and implement robust crisis management strategies, including emergency response protocols and exercises to ensure aligned and coordinated responses, and to identify areas of improvement.

Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities

Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to share intelligence and best practices
Who you are
-
A degree in a relevant field, such as security management, international relations, political science or law enforcement

At least 5 years of experience in intelligence, crisis management, physical security or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong knowledge of intelligence gathering tools and a strong network in the intelligence community.

Good knowledge and practitioner of counter-terrorism methodologies.
