How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you will play a key role in fostering an empowered learning culture across the OCBC Group. You will have a strong background in instructional design, programme management and change management. You will be skilled in designing and implementing learning solutions end-to-end, optimising technology-enhanced learning platforms, and is a creative problem-solver with a passion for developing impactful learning experiences that align with organisational goals.
What you do
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Faculty and Subject Matter Experts, to design and improve multimodal learning solutions while ensuring alignment to pedagogical best practices.
- Identify and execute initiatives that support the OCBC Campus vision of becoming a scientifically informed learning organisation through strategic partnerships.
- Programme and project manage a suite of learning programmes and experiences.
- Collaborate with the Learning Management System Administrator to implement integrated digital learning experiences and oversee the management of learning solutions inventories.
- Ensure compliance of all learning technology solutions with internal risk assessment and management policies.
- Lead the design and deployment of technology-enabled learning innovations that provide meaningful experiences across the OCBC Group.
- Foster a vibrant, open-minded, and creative team culture.
Qualifications
Who you are
- Bachelor’s and/or postgraduate degree in learning and instructional sciences or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience and enthusiasm in the end-to-end design and management of learning solutions and experiences.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, reporting and metrics.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of driving results across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of HR technology platforms and data analytics is advantageous
