Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end operations projects within the region, including scope definition, timeline creation, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Business Analysis, Product, IT, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.

Risk Management & Problem Solving:

  • Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Address and resolve operational issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  • Implement best practices and standardized processes across projects to enhance productivity.

Performance Metrics:

  • Analyse project data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, project charters, status reports, and post-project reviews.
  • Provide regular status reports to senior leadership, highlighting key project metrics, milestones, and outcomes.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or Operation coordination, preferably in operations
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects within a regional or multi-site setting.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
