How you succeed
- Highly independent and good team player with a strong risk and control acumen, program and project management competency.
Ability to challenge and suggest improvements to streamline and enhance compliance work processes, provide value-add to the various strategic programs that you lead and facilitate. Facilitate effective communication among Cross-functional & diverse teams and integrate stakeholders for the project delivery. Build and enhance strong internal Business Unit relationships. Demonstrate accountability of GLC Program delivery, supported by technical competency, strong desire for improvement and enthusiasm towards ‘Change Management’. Possess a strong attention to managing within deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
What you do
Be the primary interface between the GLC Business and the IT Delivery partners (IT Platform, Data Platform and GDO) for end-to-end delivery and support of GLC technology solutions. Drive and partner with key stakeholders to develop high-level project timeline plans, and budgets. Track project status, identify potential risks, dependencies and impacts. Proactively provide course correction. Prepare and present project status in forums such as Working group meetings and Project Steering committee. Lead Systems changes, enhancements and maintenance support for the Financial Crime Compliance related systems and processes. Monitor the governance aspects of GLC systems. Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve Technology risk, conduct and compliance matters. Assist in the resolution of internal and external audit points.

Qualifications
Who you are
- Degree holder with proven track record in Project Management and or Regulatory Change Management.
Have a good understanding of Financial Crime Compliance Domains – Name Screening, Transaction Screening, Transaction Monitoring, Client Due Diligence, Anti-Fraud, Data Analytics. - Able to pick up new areas fast, adapt quickly to changing demands, and embrace ambiguity.
Highly organised and acute attention to details. High EQ and comfortable with presentation, facilitation and engagement with Senior Management and Cross-functional Stakeholders. Self-motivated, resourceful, respectful, and forward-looking. An integrator with strong stakeholder management and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office products
