How you succeed

What you do

Manage a portfolio of high networth clients, providing them with wealth management solutions and advice

Joint collaboration with Premier Banking Relationship Managers on client meetings

Develop and implement investment strategies that meet our clients’ objectives

Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals

Collaborate with our team of experts, including investment specialists and financial planners

Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, providing insights and advice to our client

Conduct continuing education for Relationship Managers on high networth insurance products, as well as financial planning and legacy planning concepts
Who you are
-
An accredited degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent
-
Candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience

The candidate must have experience in the Bancassurance space, especially in high networth products like Universal Life
-
Ideally candidate should have good appreciation of the investment climate to better advice on financing as part of client’s portfolio

Strong passion in training and coaching in the areas of financial planning as well as legacy planning concepts

Candidate should ideally be mature, confident, and able to play a meaningful role in client meetings

Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively across the organization
