We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Business Reporting and CRM team as a Business Analyst This role focuses on improving pipeline visibility, account planning support, and practical insight, working closely with BD Executives and service teams. Over time, the role will help the organisation make more informed growth decisions through better data, analysis, and discipline.  
This is a hands-on role that balances operational delivery with progressive improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing insights that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.  

How will you value-add? 

  • Support service lines with pipeline monitoring, opportunity tracking, and account planning support
  • Produce regular analysis and reporting on pipeline, tenders, win/loss outcomes, and account activity
  • Identify early risks or gaps in opportunities and flag them to BD Executives
  • Establish and maintain practical standards for contact and account data hygiene
  • Lead and coach BD Ops team members to deliver reliable, consistent outputs
  • Work with BD Executives to gradually improve the quality and usefulness of insights provided to stakeholders
  • Manage CRM and sales operations activities, including policy creation and tracking
About you
  • 7–10 years’ experience in BD Ops, Sales Ops, commercial support, or similar roles
  • Experience in professional services or complex B2B environments preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret trends over time
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a support and advisory capacity
  • Pragmatic, organised, and collaborative
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Strong understanding of consultancy professional services industry operations and workflows. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), advanced Excel skills 
  • Experience in Salesforce Administration will be an advantage
