Business Analyst (Digital Operations) – Group Operations and Technology  (240001QH)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to play a critical role in our digital transformation journey with regional responsibilities. As a key member of the digital operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying opportunities for digital transformation, and working closely with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that optimize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders across various departments across the region to gather and document detailed business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.

Process Analysis: Analyze existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through digitalization.

Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to design and implement digital solutions that address business and operation’s needs, leveraging technologies such as automation, AI, and data analytics.

Data Analysis: Utilize data to provide insights on operational performance, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to support digital transformation.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, Operations, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the transformation process.

Change Management: Support the adoption of new digital tools and processes by helping to develop training materials and conducting workshops for end-users.

Testing & Validation: Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that digital solutions meet business and operation’s requirements and are ready for deployment.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of implemented digital solutions and propose enhancements to drive ongoing operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications

 

– 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on operations or digital transformation.

– Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.

– Experience with digital tools and technologies, such as automation platforms and data analytics.

– Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

– Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and addressing business and operation’s needs.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across the region.

– Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., SDLC, Agile, Scrum).
