Business Analyst Manager is to enable Finance’s transformation toward AI-ready data and AI-driven decision-making by converting complex enterprise data into trusted, business-ready, and AI-consumable data products.

The role serves as a bridge between Finance, business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that financial data is semantically well-defined, analytically robust, and aligned to business needs. It underpins Finance’s ability to move beyond traditional reporting toward automated insights, predictive analytics and AI-assisted decision support.

Make an Impact by

• Finance Data Transformation and Semantic Modeling

Design and maintain finance data models and semantic layers that translate complex enterprise data into trusted, analytics-and AI-ready structures. Prepare data products and semantic layers that support various AI, GenAI and automated analytics use cases, minimizing the need to go thru the data preparation pipeline repeatedly. In addition, levearage AI for data pipeline preparation efficiency. Performance is measured by data consistency, explainability, reuseability, plus speed and efficiency to user-ready data access.

• Analytics, Visualization, and Insight Delivery with AIML Enablement

Deliver high-quality dashboards and decision-oriented insights with AIML enablement for proactive insights, predictive analytics and system-assisted decision support. Success is reflected in increased automation of reporting and tasks workflows, improved data quality and demonstrable business value from insights

• Business Partnering, Governance, and Value Realisation

Act as a data consultant to Finance stakeholders by translating business needs into scalable data solutions while enforcing finance-grade data quality and governance standards. Performance is measured by strong change leadership, strong project management and on-time, on-target deliverables to stakeholders’ requirements.

• People Transformation to upskill Finance team

Parallel focus to upskill Finance team into AI-ready organization with co-creation of AI-solutions, coaching and enablement programs for the Finance team

Skills for Success

• Degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science
• 3-5 years work experience in Data Transformation and Semantic Modeling, coupled with Analytics, Visualization, and Insight Delivery
• Strong experience in data transformation and semantic modelling
• Hands-on expertise in SQL (advanced level)
• Practical experience using Python for data processing and transformation
• Strong data visualization skills using Power BI
• Ability to lead change
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Project management experience
• Builder mindset: enjoys creating, iterating, and improving data products
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and transformation environments
• Change-oriented: actively drives adoption of new data and AI capabilities
