We are looking for an experienced Transformation Manager with good track record of delivering enterprise-wide process automation initiatives, driving transformation of business processes through intelligent Automation and AI solutions, to streamline business processes, increase operational efficiency and enhance user experience. This role also requires strong stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization and demonstrated expertise in managing solution delivery and change management.

 

 

Make an Impact by

 

 

  • Support strategic automation transformation roadmap / projects across various departments.
  • Assist with end-to-end digital project delivery, defining business requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, driving solution design discussions, overseeing solution development, managing delivery timelines and ensuring business value realization.
  • Lead the mapping, analysis and redesign of as‑is and to‑be business processes across various functions, identifying opportunities, efficiency gaps and improvement areas.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with business unit stakeholders and drive alignment on delivery plans, priorities, timelines, scope, and desired business outcomes.
  • Administer operations, maintenance and support of Automation and AI solutions, ensuring operational stability, timely incident resolution and continuous improvements.
  • Organize and facilitate enablement programs, including training sessions, workshops, and hands-on clinics, to enable business teams to effectively leverage and adopt digital automation tools.
  • Maintain and enforce policies, best practices and industry standards to ensure consistency, quality, security, and compliance across all digital and automation initiatives.
  • Management of vendors including contract management and procurement activities.
  • Track platform license usage, consumption, and renewals to optimize costs and minimize wastage.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for process automation

 

 

Skills for Success

 

 

  • Degree with at least 3 years of experience in driving digital transformation and process automation, from inception through to delivery.
  • Knowledge of RPA, automation methodologies, best practices is a must.
  • Proven process automation experience with automation tools like RPA platforms and Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience in Process Improvements projects.
  • Good domain experience of enterprise corporate functions & services such as HR, Finance, Procurement.
  • Certification in Process Automation Technologies will be a plus.
  • Project Management Certified will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skill, strong collaborator and driver.
