What you’ll do:

Assist customers in the business account opening process through both digital onboarding platforms and in-person interactions. Liaise with customers to complete pre-assessment requirements for account opening. Perform KYC follow-up with customers who have dropped off from the Online Business Account Opening platform Conduct customer due diligence and KYC to verify business legitimacy and ensure adherence to mandatory banking policies and procedures Identify potential risks or discrepancies during the account opening process. Provide exceptional customer service while guiding customers through the account opening process Maintain a high standard of client confidentiality and ensure compliance to bank regulations

About you:

1. Confident and presentable with strong written and verbal communication skills

2. Able to conduct business conversation in both English and Mandarin

3. Independent and organised with the capacity to multi-task, handle high volume of work and manage time effectively under pressure  

4. Self-motivated with a customer excellence mindset, consistently prioritising customer satisfaction and service quality

5. Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a keen eye for accuracy

6. Effective team player who takes initiative and contributes positively to group efforts

7. Experience in front-line roles is an advantage but not mandatory

8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
