We are looking for a Business Development Executive to partner closely with the Account Director in driving growth for the firm’s key priority accounts. This role provides strategic and operational support—ensuring account plans are executed effectively, management information (MI) is accurate and timely, and BD initiatives run smoothly. You will be the backbone of account management, enabling the front-office team to focus on client engagement while you manage processes, reporting, and coordination. For global priority accounts, this may require coordination across the network in multiple regions, from time to time.
You will also play a role in enabling the business reporting and insights team to deliver impactful outcomes through management information (MI) reports and dashboards to support control & performance enhancement
How will you value-add?

Support Priority Accounts – Partner with the Account Director to implement account strategies, track progress, and maintain accurate CRM data.

Deliver Insights – Prepare MI dashboards and reports on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and account performance. Provide actionable insights to inform decisions.

Coordinate Programmes – Manage BD initiatives, campaigns, and events for priority accounts—ensuring timelines, budgets, and governance standards are met.

Market Intelligence – Research industry trends and competitor activity relevant to priority accounts. Summarize findings into concise reports for account planning.

Drive Operational Excellence – Streamline BD processes, champion best practices in reporting and documentation, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
About You:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields such as Business, Finance or Marketing.

Minimum 3 years in business development support, middle office, or operations within professional services or consulting.

Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

Experience in programme/project coordination and stakeholder management.

Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a resilient personality;

Ability to manage multiple priorities, organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated team player with a resilient personality

Flexibility to collaborate across different time zones occasionally, if/when required
