What you’ll do

We are an acquisition team specialising in the offshore market. Our team works closely with internal and external partners to acquire new-to-bank corporate entities that are foreign owned (offshore). The team drives revenue and captures customer wallet share by identifying opportunities to cross-sell other services and products offered by the Bank.

  1. Acquire new-to-bank customers to develop new business accounts via channel building and engagement.
  2. Conduct proper Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) prior to onboarding
  3. Ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and procedures
  4. Introducing the Bank’s suite of Banking products and services.
  5. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities beyond account opening for cross referral to capture additional revenue
  6. Proactively engage existing portfolio of channel partners to increase customer referrals
  7. Develop and build new referral channels via proactive outbound engagement

  2. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Self-motivated and driven with a focus on customer service
  4. Ability to engage and build rapport with external stakeholders
  5. Organized and meticulous
  6. Able to manage mandarin speaking clients and China counterparts
