How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive growth and improvement. You’ll also need to be able to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively, and build strong relationships with colleagues and senior leaders.
What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
– Providing strategic support to senior leaders, including data analysis and insights
– Developing and implementing business plans and initiatives

Review and implementing internal control, process improvement and system automation to achieve efficiency
– Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
– Analyzing data and market trends to inform business decisions
– Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and senior leaders
Who you are
– A degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance
– At least 3 years of experience in a business support or strategy role
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
– Strategic thinker with a focus on driving business growth and success

· A degree in accounting or a related field.

· Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) is beneficial

· Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Power-point and Power BI). Ability to develop and maintain reporting dashboards is a plus.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

· Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and trends
