We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Insights Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence, preferably with experience in private banking or financial services. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and business growth.

What you do

  •  Analyze business and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  •  Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.

  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.

  •  Work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial and operational data.

  •  Utilize business intelligence tools to generate insights

  •  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.

  •  Provide market and competitive analysis, particularly in private banking and financial services.

  •  Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

  • Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives using data and technology.

Who you are

  • Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in private banking or financial services

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling

  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker

  • Knowledge of Python, R, or VBA for data analysis is a plus.

  • Familiarity with financial and banking databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv) is an advantage.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data sets and generate strategic insights.

  • Communication: Strong ability to present financial and business insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of private banking, wealth management, and financial products is highly desirable.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and innovative approach to solving business challenges.
