This role is within the COO Office primarily working with our Head of Platforms & Integration Office on the RFP (Request for Proposal) process for the Indonesia GWP (Group Wealth Platform) Project and our Chief Experience Officer on the rollout of the CX (Client Experience) DNA program.

On the RFP Lead – Indonesia Wealth Platform Rollout

  • Lead the planning, drafting, issuance, and management of the RFP process for defining the Target Operating Model (TOM) for the Indonesia Wealth business.

  • Collaborate with business, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and procurement teams to define requirements and evaluation criteria.

  • Drive the timeline, governance, and coordination of vendor Q&A, proposal evaluation, and final selection.

  • Produce clear, concise documentation including RFP documents, evaluation matrices, decision logs, and executive summaries.

On the CX DNA Program:

  • Provide admin & logistics support for CX Day and CX Challenge and other related activities.

  • Research & present appropriate visuals, collaterals and inspiring phrases which promote CX culture.

  • Research & present options for incentives, prizes and merchandise for CX DNA that are within the approved budget.

  • Banking & Financial services experience preferably within private banking or wealth management with basic understanding of financial products.

  • Proven PMO/Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management; experience in developing & maintaining program/project governance, project & stakeholder communication, program roadmap, project tracking & reporting, financial management etc.

  • Business case development, project paper development, documentation and knowledge management, vendor and contract management.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups; must have good collaboration skills.
