As a Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements, evaluating implementation feasibility, and driving IT projects to successful completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop technical solutions, support system enhancements, and ensure business needs are met efficiently.
What will you do?
Business & Technical Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
- Assess feasibility, manage project scope, and ensure successful system implementation.
- Conduct gap analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders to resolve project issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues from the overseas development center in China to ensure smooth coordination of technical requirements and project milestones.
System Development & Implementation
- Develop technical design specifications and translate them into process/program specifications.
- Participate in system design reviews, coding, and code reviews.
- Configure hardware, software, and documentation as needed.
- Assist in integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
- Prepare user and operations manuals and facilitate training for users and operators.
Post-Implementation Support
- Provide troubleshooting and handle service requests.
- Extract and query data to resolve system issues.
- Escalate and discuss critical issues, such as scope creep, with relevant managers.
- Monitor project progress, provide updates, and resolve problems efficiently.
- Work on both Salesforce and legacy systems, supporting Day 1 and Day 2 projects.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience in business analysis.
- Must have knowledge of Salesforce and ITIL.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
- Hands-on experience working with enterprise systems and applications.
- Technical expertise in MSSQL 2012 & above, Visual Studio .NET, and MSSQL Stored Procedures.
- Experience with CRM modules, sales domains, and product implementation.
- Familiarity with Project Financials and Project Management tools.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience in project management and vendor management.
- Degree in Computer Science / IT
