We are now looking for a high energy individual to join our team as Campaign and Content Marketing, to spearhead the revenue growth priorities and business outreach of our key business divisions.
What you do
- Lead the identification, planning and execution of marketing programs, communication strategy and branding partnerships. A voice of the customers, this role is also responsibility for understanding the customers business needs, surfacing customers’ business priority and delivering the effective customers experiences that will exceed the retention outcomes
- Develop and communicate a powerful and meaningful ‘Why Choose Us’ proposition and develop relevant content to engage the target clients’ segments
- Running large scale full funnel marketing and communication campaigns across multiple touchpoints for both internal and external communication
- Manage and implement our flagship Business Awards partnerships and continuously optimise the ROMI
- Understand the banking awards landscape, including pitching and amplification as well as developing B2B pitchbooks
- Be the centre of excellence for brand stewardship and creative excellence
- Overall budget and KPI management including management of various agency partners
Qualifications
Who you are
A word smith with genius writing and expression skills that can make the boring interesting, complex simple. A storyteller who can create newness when there is nothing new and sniff out news where nobody could. An eye for design ensuring every piece of content not only read good but looks good.
A big personality with a curious mind to ask ‘Why’, ‘Why not’, challenge the current to make better the future. Intellectually curious, asking why and grasping opportunities to learn and proposing constructive ideas that lead to progress.
By combining customers’ insights, strategic thinking, data sensitivity and application, working closely with stakeholders from various business divisions to create campaign and content that will trigger positive responses from our target audiences that in turn achieved our business objectives, KPIs and results.
At least 10 years of digital marketing experience is essential, is a digital native, fluent with modern digital media especially social media such as WeChat, LinkedIn.
Strong planner, macro & detail oriented, with excellent project management, negotiation and problem-solving skill. Tenacious and resourceful and is self-motivated and ability to execute across multi channels and is comfortable adapting to changing priorities in an ambiguous environment
Due to the nature of the business segments, excellent fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must, fluency in Behasa Indonesia is a big plus
