We are embarking on a major enterprise-wide transformation by embedding AI into our operating model. To ensure our people and culture evolve with this change, we are hiring a Change Enablement Lead to drive the people-side of our transformation journey.
In this role, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive change management, culture adoption, communication campaigns, and skills transformation. You will embed our Skills Compass approach – mapping future workforce capabilities, driving reskilling and upskilling, and ensuring employees are equipped for AI-enabled ways of working.
What You’ll Do
- Lead company-wide workforce change strategy and employee engagement campaigns.
- Design culture and communication programmes to inspire transformation adoption.
- Use skills compass methodology to map workforce needs, drive reskilling, and align training.
- Partner HR Business Partners on workforce planning, operating model changes, and redeployment programmes.
- Track adoption, skills development, and cultural impact through clear KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of HR, workforce transformation, or change management leadership in large organisations.
- Expertise in managing skills-based transformations and future-of-work strategy.
- Strong experience in culture shaping, change communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and with consulting partners on large-scale programmes.
- Experience in AI, digital transformation, or future skills frameworks is advantageous.
