This role supports the delivery of change management initiatives across AI and digital transformation programmes for Singtel Group. Working closely with programme leads and cross-functional teams, the manager will help drive adoption, engagement, and communication of key initiatives to ensure successful implementation and business value realisation.
The role combines change management with strong communication, design, and user-centric thinking to support enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
Make An Impact By
Change Strategy & Stakeholder Management
- Support engagement with business stakeholders and leadership teams for AI and digital transformation initiatives to drive awareness and alignment
- Support rollout and coordinated change efforts of AI use cases and digital platforms across IT, HR, Procurement, Finance and Corporate Centre
- Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly messaging for internal stakeholders
- Assist in communications activities including engagement, workshops and training support
Communications & Engagement
- Assist with internal communication materials including eDMs, leadership updates, presentations, and campaign assets
- Support storytelling efforts by translating key messages into clear and visually engaging content
- Ensure alignment of messaging with Singtel’s brand and transformation narrative
Design & User Experience
- Apply UX and design thinking principles to enhance communication effectiveness and user engagement
- Create visually compelling materials using design tools to support adoption initiatives
- Continuously refine communication approaches based on feedback and engagement insights
Skills To Succeed
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in communications, design, user experience, change management, or transformation roles
- Experience supporting rollout of AI or digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to working in cross-functional, matrixed environments within a large organisation
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite and PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Strong experience in visual design and development of promotional materials (e.g. eDMs, internal campaigns)
- Good copywriting and storytelling skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Understanding of UX principles and user-centric design
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Agile or Scrum ways of working)
- Experience in large enterprise environments
- Exposure to AI, IT or digital product environments
