How will you value-add?

We are currently seeking a suitable candidate to join the team as Firmwide Corporate Services – Compliance & Internal Audit Manager. The selected individual can expect to be involved in a broad range of projects within the Compliance and Internal Audit functions, which will provide opportunities to work independently as well as in teams. Some of these are:

● Supporting planning, executing and reporting of the firm’s internal audit projects,

● Supporting planning, executing and reporting of the firm’s compliance testing requirements in accordance with Network Standards requirements;

● Supporting collaboration and sharing of best practices with other firms in the network;

● Supporting the internal X-LoS cold file review programme (e.g. perform AML reviews and coordinate review process);

● Supporting design and delivery of compliance training requirements.

About you

● At least 4-5 years of experience as an auditor or in an audit firm in a similar role

● Possess a high level of resilience and positive work attitude

● High level of accuracy and attention to detail

● Excellent project management skills

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Strong people-oriented mindset

● Possess the confidence and maturity to deal with professionals at all levels

● Willingness to learn and deliver timely and quality results to internal stakeholders

● Excellent team player
