As a Compliance Manager, you will support and strengthen NCS’s compliance framework across areas such as anti-bribery & corruption (ABC), data privacy, trade compliance, and conflict of interest management. The role involves monitoring and analysing ABC Portal requests to identify trends, exceptions, and red flags, while providing compliance advice to employees and business units. You will also support policy reviews, develop and deliver training and e-learning modules, and drive awareness through internal communications. In addition, you will prepare compliance reports for management, coach teams to enhance compliance capabilities, and ensure consistent alignment with corporate governance standards

 

What would you do?

Compliance Governance & Monitoring

  • Support POC for Contract Deviation work and strengthen compliance controls and monitoring.

  • Review and monitor daily requests on the Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Portal, analysing trends, frequency, and exceptions.

  • Perform sample checks, identify potential red flags, and ensure ABC compliance across the organisation.

  • Support the preparation of compliance reports to keep management and committees informed of trends and exceptions.

 

Advisory & Policy Management

  • Provide compliance advisory on ABC, Data Privacy, Trade Compliance, Conflict of Interest, gifts and hospitality, employee data handling, and the Code of Conduct.

  • Review and update compliance policies and procedures annually to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.

 

Training & Awareness

  • Support the design and delivery of compliance-related training and workshops for targeted business and corporate units.

  • Create content for compliance e-learning modules, EDMs, and awareness campaigns.

  • Drive communications initiatives such as EDMs and SharePoint updates to strengthen compliance awareness.

 

Capability Building & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Coach Level 2 (L2) teams across business units to enhance compliance knowledge and capabilities.

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A diploma or degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field; audit qualifications will be an added advantage.

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, governance, or audit functions.

  • Strong regulatory knowledge and understanding of compliance frameworks.

  • Experience in policy and procedure development to support corporate governance and risk management.

  • Ability to create and deliver compliance training and awareness programmes.

  • Familiarity with using AI tools or analytics to enhance compliance monitoring and reporting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

  • A proactive and collaborative team player who can work effectively across business and corporate units
