Our Total Rewards team plays an important role in supporting the attraction, engagement, and retention of key talent for the Firm. As a Rewards professional, you will contribute and support the team in the Firm’s compensation and benefits program management, which includes review, data analysis, data simulations, market research, communication, rollout of salary and benefit programs.  You will also play an advisory role to our internal stakeholders relating to compensation and benefits policies and programmes.

How will you value-add?

  • Support periodic review requests, prepare and analyse compensation data to drive decisions for competitiveness and cost effectiveness.

  • Conduct market benchmarking, research, match roles, analyse results, and summarise findings/recommendations.

  • Maintain compensation structures and guidelines in line with the firm’s philosophy and market movements. This includes developing, reviewing, communicating  processes and guidelines.

  • Support HRBPs as an internal consultant on compensation policies, offers, and incentive reviews. This includes participating in reward-related projects or workstreams.

  • Support planning, coordination, communication, and delivery of annual merit and bonus review events. This includes preparation of presentation materials for reporting at management meetings and liaising with HRBPs.

  • Support the configuration and implementation of compensation module on Workday including cleaning of data and liaising with stakeholders on configuration parameters.

  • Support preparation of mass data updates, data validation, and reconciliation.

  • Support maintenance of documentation and guides on internal annual review processes, workday utilisation and other rewards related SOPs.

  • Create test scripts, conduct testing, and aid training of relevant stakeholders to support annual merit and bonus launches on Workday.

  • Partner with the Employer Branding and Engagement team on rewards communication.

About you

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Compensation and Benefits management Organised, strong numerical skills and an analytical approach to problem resolution 

  • Team player and keen learner with a strong growth mindset 

  • Has strong project management skills, attentive to detail, and discrete with sensitive data
