Markets & Securities Services Operations – Corporate Action

How you succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll need to stay on top of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends. You’ll work closely with our clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate actions. Your ability to analyze complex information, identify potential issues, and provide effective solutions will be crucial to your success.

What you do
– Process and verify corporate actions, including dividend payments, mergers, and acquisitions
– Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of corporate actions
– Conduct thorough analysis of market data and regulatory requirements to identify potential risks and opportunities
– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
– Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and enhance client experience

Who you are
– A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
– At least 2 years of experience in corporate actions, securities operations, or a related field
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
– Knowledge of market regulations, industry trends, and best practices in corporate actions processing
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
