You will be part of our CSS unit which provides practical and effective assistance to our clients in the corporate secretarial, accounting and payroll functions to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are fully met. Our aim is to provide value-added services and solutions that are flexible and tailored to the circumstances and needs of our clients. Together we can build trust in society and solve important problems.

Manage and grow the Payroll Services team that is focused on the outsourced payroll business

Account management to manage client deliverables and ensure that agreed timelines are met

Advise clients on payroll matters, including regulatory requirements, payroll process controls, etc.

Responsible for overall operational effectiveness of the team by initiating process reviews and improvements

Manage and grow a team of effective professionals to serve clients’ needs including work review, coaching and staff development

Support business development in presenting a range of payroll and related services to secure new Accounts.
About You
-
Degree/Diploma in any discipline or relevant professional qualifications
-
Min. 7 years of payroll experience and currently in a managerial capacity
-
Preferably from an outsourced services or shared services environment
-
Team management experience
-
Working knowledge of payroll best practices
-
Sound knowledge of Singapore CPF and labour laws are essential
-
A high degree of professionalism, the ability to communicate with various levels of management, integrity
-
as well as decision-making skills
-
Problem-solving and analytical skills are also essential traits to be successful in this role.
