Be a Part Of Something Big!

  • Managing Corporate accounts receivables.
  • Conduct credit assessment to evaluate customer creditworthiness.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquency.
  • Follow up with customers on payment details, ensure accurate posting of payments, review overdue accounts, initiate collection processes, and resolve payment disputes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues, pricing discrepancies, and other disputes.
  • Perform assessment on release of sales orders.
  • Perform suspension and restoration of services as required.
  • Host Debt Review meetings with the Sales team.
  • Prepare monthly aging reports, operational reports, and management reports.
  • Support and attend to auditor queries.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to credit management processes.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Skills To Succeed

  • Experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
