Our Firmwide Corporate Services unite to help build our competitive advantage with first class support internally. Spanning Administration, Business Development, Chairman’s Office, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Legal, Marketing and Communications, Operations and Change Management, and Technology, we power our lines of services to make sure all of us have the right sources, services and technology to be the best we can be.

Salesforce CRM Management

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports.

  • Ensure data integrity through regular updates and cleansing techniques.

  • Customize Salesforce functionalities to meet business requirements.

  • Resolve end-user enquiries, provide guidance and support on key business functions and new features in Salesforce

  • Administer UAT for impacted user groups due to Salesforce feature updates resulting in workflow changes

Business Process Analysis

  • Evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

  • Develop process maps and recommend strategies for optimization.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement streamlined processes.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze data to generate actionable insights for business development.

  • Create and maintain performance dashboards for sales and operations.

  • Monitor KPIs to assess the impact of process improvements.

Training & Support

  • Provide training on Salesforce usage and best practices.

  • Act as the go-to resource for CRM-related queries across teams.

About you

  • 3-4 years’ experience with Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems or equivalent.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM administration or analysis (Salesforce certification preferred).

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools.

  • Good communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

  • Meticulous and self-motivated with ability to follow-through tasks with tight deadlines

  • Adaptable with a can-do attitude towards changing priorities

  • Proficiency in automation tools within Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with marketing or sales operations workflows.

  • Ability to lead change management initiatives effectively.
