Why Join as a Mortgage Specialist Head at OCBC
You will have the opportunity to lead a team of Mortgage Specialists and drive business growth in the mortgage industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve home loan targets and other growth objectives, while also building long-term relationships with customers and corporate partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the property market and relevant regulatory guidelines pertaining to mortgage loans. You will also need to have strong leadership and people management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What you do as a Mortgage Specialist Head
Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing, leading, and coaching a team of Mortgage Specialists to achieve home loan targets and other growth objectives

Developing and executing plans for incremental business referrals by working with real estate agencies, developers, and other business sources

Ensuring quality service and operational effectiveness, engaging internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to loan matters

Formulating, developing, executing, and achieving business plans for the sales team and organization

Building long-term rewarding customer and corporate relationships and providing excellent after-sales service

Supervising Mortgage Specialists to ensure compliance with the Bank’s internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements
Who you are

Possess a university degree from a recognized institution with at least 7 years of experience in the mortgage industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership and people management techniques

Focus and results-oriented, with a proven track record in property loan sales

Strong knowledge of the property market and in-depth understanding of relevant regulatory guidelines pertaining to mortgage loans
