Make an impact by

  • Manage the Singtel’s Enterprise Cybersecurity products, which include roadmap planning, life-cycle management, development and process reviews.
  • Drive product and services strategy and requirements and develop business plan for regional offering and success aligning to target segments needs with key stakeholders to execute.
  • Perform regular product review and market scan to keep up with market needs and identify innovate solutions and technologies (e.g. AISecOps) to integrate into product offering to build up service experience, quality and efficiency
  • Plan and develop new products, features, capabilities, product positioning, pricing, benchmarking against competitor to ensure product is relevant, competitive, and meeting market needs.
  • Enable technologies and service delivery partners, constructing a cost-effective end-to-end service for target enterprise customer segments.
  • Provide business case analysis to support new services and customization of existing product offering to meet specific customer needs.
  • Enable sales team to upsell services to accelerate customers’ digital transformation efforts.
  • Review and manage product terms and conditions, partner contract and agreement.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies including market segmentation and positioning
  • Responsible for the P&L of related product lines and work with costs stakeholders to optimise costs.
  • Work with various stakeholders in Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing to drive GTM activities and service delivery excellence.

 

Skills for success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information System.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management/Product Marketing/Presales/Business Development experience in the Cybersecurity, managing enterprise-class offerings in a regionally/globally environment
  • Experience in Cloud/SaaS, Network Security, XDR, SASE, SOC Operation, Threat Intel, Brand Protection and Managed Security Services
  • Keen interest in network and security technology developments, market trends, and needs of the enterprise business market.
  • Experience in Financial Management and Process Management
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills, to both internal and external stakeholders, both oral and written
  • Highly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent people skills to interact with peers, cross-functional teams, and partners.
  • Preferably with Cybersecurity Industry and community engagement experience.
  • Have the drive, energy and commitment to succeed in winning in a competitive market environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of success
