Be a Part of Something BIG! 

 

You will be part of a dynamic team working with our core telco data assets to improve our consumers journey and experience with our customer care touchpoints.

This role will provide you with the experience in working with data across our customer touchpoints.

 

You will be getting hands-on experience with data wrangling, text analytics and data visualization (Power BI) to uncover insights into our customers’ journeys through our extensive range of customer touchpoints.

 

Make An Impact By

 

  • Design intuitive dashboards, user interfaces, email alerts and advanced data visualization functionalities for multi-purpose self-helpable analytical reports
  • Provide critical insights for customer digital/traditional journeys, behaviour and trends
  • Link insights to customer experience to shape and digitalize service journeys
  • Drive and build proactive customer insights and predictive models to drive new business and service strategies

 

Skills for Success:

 

  • Background in SQL, Python, R
  • Experience with leading data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
  • Experience with data modelling, data wrangling will be a plus
