Job Summary:
In this role, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, technology, and security. You will collaborate closely with our M&E and Security teams to ensure that core power, cooling, and critical infrastructure systems run flawlessly while maintaining the highest standards of physical and operational security. Beyond reliability, you will drive data-led optimisation and risk mitigation initiatives by analysing and visualising operational and security metrics.
This is more than maintenance – it’s about modernising workflows, embedding security into every process, and introducing digital practices that safeguard our facilities. You will help shape how our teams use data to build smarter, more resilient, and future-ready operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Security Baseline Checklists for IOT Security System (DVR/NVR, CCTVs, Ip cameras etc)

Compliance Monitoring- Monitor adherence to security standards for these devices and identify and escalate non-compliance issues to governance authorities.

Reporting – Provide regular reports on configuration deviations and remediation status to stakeholders.

Act as a bridge between grey space (M&E) and white space (IT data halls) to align systems and teams and ensure that practices meet technical, operational and compliance requirements

Collect, analyse, interpret and visualise data from various systems, and build executive-ready dashboards to translate technical data into actionable insight and drive optimisation initiatives

Support day-to-day data hall operations (e.g., asset provisioning/decommissioning)
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience in data centre operations, with exposure to both white space and grey space.

Proven ability to work with infrastructure monitoring tools (DCIM, BMS, EMS or similar)

Strong analytical skills to turn operational metrics into actionable improvements

Clear communication skills
-
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of M&E systems in data centres

Strong problem-solving mindset
-
Comfortable building dashboards and reports

Familiarity with capacity planning, energy optimisation, and sustainability metrics (PUE)

Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure knowledge

Knowledge of scripting and automation is a plus

Experience in deploying and integrating DCIM platforms is a plus
Working Hours/ Location

This role requires 100% work in office, on shift work basis
