How you succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll need to combine technical expertise with business acumen. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, design data-driven solutions, and communicate complex insights in a clear and actionable way. By leveraging data analytics, you’ll help OCBC make informed decisions that drive growth, innovation, and success.
What you do
– Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
– Design and develop data visualisations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
– Collaborate with HR teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance employee experiences and organisational performance
– Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and tools to support HR analytics
– Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions on talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development

Who you are
– A degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
– At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in HR or a related field
– Strong technical skills in data analysis, data visualisation, and data mining
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Strong business acumen and understanding of HR functions
