Make an Impact by:
- Assist the Customer Success Manager in serving as a primary point of contact for key account customers.
- Support the team in conducting Logical Security Reviews, including privilege accounts, logs, and change management.
- Help maintain the customer database by updating authorized personnel, contact details, and escalation lists.
- Assist in coordinating with customers for maintenance activities and audits.
- Provide support during incident reviews and assist with closure documentation.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team for onsite support during major maintenance events.
- Participate in tracking customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure that key metrics, including consumption and incidents, are up to date.
- Help prepare for customer SLA meetings, including reports on audits, improvement plans, and operational performance.
- Support maintaining strong relationships with customers and potential clients.
- Assist in tracking and following up on critical customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Skills for Success:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma in TP Engineering school
- Passionate about customer service and developing skills in customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
- Able to work well both independently and in a team.
- Motivated and eager to learn in a fast paced environment.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
