Overall key responsibilities:
- The BPM will be responsible to support the CEO of SEA CF in driving the business collaboration and results through 1) Business strategy execution and project management, 2) People agenda and communication and 3) other administrative/management activities
- The BPM will work closely with CEO of SEA CF, Heads of CF of Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore and Thailand (and/or their appointees/designated points of contact), Deals Leaders of Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore and Thailand (and/or their appointees/designated points of contact), HR, R&Q/compliance and other relevant parties/teams
- The role is inherently varied and reflects the changing demands and responsibilities of the CEO of SEA CF as defined by the relevant deciding parties
Business strategy and Project management
- Support the formulation, tracking and execution of the various agreed collaboration efforts of the SEA CF teams. This would entail helping to facilitate ideation, coordinate strategy formulation, translate into initiatives, execute such initiatives and track and report the progress of the initiatives to the relevant stakeholders. The BPM will be the main person tasked with driving the efforts on a day-to-day basis and will work closely with progressing initiatives with other parties as designated by the CF Partners and/or Deals Leaders or other stakeholders
- Support the collation and analytical work to back up, validate and progress initiatives SEA partners are interested to explore and pursue (eg analysis on deal flows and corridors of cross border deals across SEA countries, sector based deal flow, competitor analysis, etc.
- Work with the various relevant teams in order to deliver a joint SEA CF marketing program that maximizes and best communicates our deal successes and capabilities to the market both though online and offline channels
- Help organize and prepare for the quarterly meetings of the CF SEA Partners and SEA Deals Leaders and other relevant stakeholders. This would also entail presentation of prior minutes of previous meetings and updating progress of action points
- Help organize and prepare for the annual CF Away Day and townhall
People agenda and communication
- Work with the Global CF team and the designated SEA representative to update, help implement and communicate the revised L&D CF programs
- Help work with the various stakeholders on driving and executing the secondment program across SEA countries
- Support to ideate and execute other various critical people agenda as greed in future meetings between SEA CF leaders
Our Ideal Candidate
- Ideally, at least 4 years of CF or CF related experience
- Self-driven and able to independently execute tasks, ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills and able to work effectively in a group/team environment but also able to lead and project manage certain workstreams
- Strategic thinker who is both analytical and able to convey messages both on a high level but also supported by facts and data
- Well-organized and possesses strong project management skills
