Our Deals Advisory Practice helps businesses realise the potential of their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and capital markets with a global network of industry experts coupled with data-driven insights. As the largest in Singapore, we provide faster growth, stronger capabilities, a competitive edge across the entire deal continuum, from strategy formulation, deal origination, transaction support and finance raising, to post deal integration and exit.
As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Scoping of projects, manage deliverables and project economics;

Carry out detailed analysis of target data and practices with regards to supply chain management, enabling the identification of key issues and opportunities of improvement;

Interact with target management, developing an understanding of the business supporting the conclusions of your analysis; Identify deal issues and provide suggestions for solutions;

Produce reports and prepare key summary section presenting our views of risks and areas of improvements in supply chain and operations;

Manage and/or support the implementation of proposed solutions

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, during the projects and as part of overall business development efforts;

Develop our service offering to continuously match market requirements;

Perform risk management procedures including drafting engagement letters and budgeting projects;

Contribute to the development of the team and the firm, through coaching and training other team members;

Carry out business development activities
About you
-
Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university or foreign institution, preferably with specialization in engineering, supply chain or operations management;

MBA or equivalent will be a plus;

Minimum 8 years of experience combining managing roles in an external consulting firm and industry experience in management roles of operational functions ranging from procurement, sales operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, strategic and performance programs,

A quality assurance certification or industry-specific professional qualification (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, supply chain certification such as APICS) will be a plus;

Experience in post-merger integration and / or divestiture projects will be a plus;

Excellent analytical skills are a key requirement and experience in data analytics a plus (i.e. experience in leveraging large amount of data to perform analysis and draw conclusions on areas of improvement);

Excellent business sense and commercially aware, ideally with some level of financial accounting awareness to be able to link operational improvement to financial statements;

Strong project management skills and stakeholder management skills

Innovative, confident and mature with good ability to develop impactful powerpoint slides;

Bright, team player who can work effectively under pressure and independently;

Willingness to travel.
