How you succeed
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strategic and operational leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset. What you do

Lead a team of functional specialists to manage technical management, change requests, and enhancements of the Workday system

Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the smooth running of Workday for Group Human Resources in Singapore and the entities in the region

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the user experience and drive business outcomes

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Workday system and other HR systems to provide solutions to HR colleagues

Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures

Who you are

At least 15 years of experience in a similar functional role, with strong knowledge of Workday and other HR systems

Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on technical management and change requests

Strong collaborator and communicator, with a mindset of providing solutions to HR colleagues

Ability to analyze complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders

Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding solutions that drive business outcomes
