Singtel Singapore has commenced an exciting chapter in the enterprise space – where we aim to create a new portal for our customers and enable them with self-serve capabilities across their discover-buy-care journey. As a Digital Transformation Strategist, you will play a key role in the B2B portal experience transformation execution alongside with business stakeholders UIUX designers, and developers.

 

This role provides an opportunity to go deep and drive the execution of new use cases, including (1) discovery and scoping of requirements with business stakeholders, (2) Co-create new solutions with customers’ insights (3) working with UIUX designer on the flow solutioning and UI designs, and (4) lead IT team in use cases development (5) lead UAT with stakeholders.

 

Digital program management, where you will be exposed to stakeholder management and strategic alignment for this project (includes creating decks, discovery workshops and alignment sessions, programme planning). You will also have the chance to support enablement and adoption drive activities, that will help this project to run at full speed.

 

  • Play key role in execution of the digital channel vision by working collaboratively with business and tech teams (UI/UX, developer and architect) to define the customer journeys, the digital channel for different enterprise customer segments and the online/mobile/offline journeys for customers
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering impactful features for our enterprise customers via the product agnostic digital channel
  • Identity key enablers and systems to support the digital channel and roadmap for execution
  • Support Digital Channel Product Lead in preparation of initial draft product requirement document with impact metrics, and represent viewpoints in prioritization exercises with implementation team
  • Play key role in product launch for all our customer segments; conducts user acceptance tests, assists in framing and execution of test cases, and communicates post-launch feedback to business and product stakeholders
  • Identify, analyses, and track metrics that inform the success of products features in driving digital sales and self help

 

Skills for Success:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in product management / product design / program management experience
  • Experience with ethnographic research (quantitative and qualitative), divergent exploration, conceptual development and design thinking
  • Strong project management skills with proven records of successful end-to-end project implementation
  • Experience acting as product owners with thorough understanding of agile methodology
  • Experience in vendor management and demonstrate ability to resolve disagreements
