RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
• Responsible for providing analytics and insights for the strategic and financial decisions for Global Credit Cards and Personal Loans (CCPL). This includes forecasting financial performance, returns and EVA optimization, Balance Sheet, Impairment, NII and RWA analytics, and competitive performance and benchmarking.
• Support the CFO, Wealth and WRB Products and the Global Product teams in the review and optimisation of RWA and Leverage for all WRB Products
• Key central coordinator across all WRB Finance teams, Group and Country FP&A with regards to Credit Cards and Personal Loans as well as RWA and Leverage
Business
• Review the Business financial performance and provide insights, areas of opportunities and early warnings of the challenges ahead to the Global Credit Cards and Personal Loans team as well as CFO Wealth and WRB Products on Global CCPL business financial performance.
• Review and analyse RWA and Leverage outcomes together with the Group Product teams and country teams to track optimisation progress
Processes
• Review and ownership of flash, outlook, forecasting and monthly performance for Group CCPL in coordination with finance and business teams across markets.
• Support the smooth and efficient corporate plan process and other internal finance processes specially forecasting alignment across the countries
• Regular report and tracking financials and non-financial value drivers in coordination with teams across business and finance in group and in the countries
• Work with business and finance across team to transform the FP&A process for CCPL and RWA and Leverage to provide further insights for decision making.
People & Talent
• Work effectively and collaboratively with finance/ non finance colleagues within WRB Group finance and country finance teams.
• Ensure ongoing training and self-development for both current role and future aspirations from a career growth perspective.
• Guide the extended team in India to ensure that each individual team member achieves their potential and that the team together delivers its collective agenda.
Risk Management
• Participate and contribute in risk discussions as required to facilitate better external and internal communication of Group CCPL and RWA & Leverage risk matters impacting financial performance.
Governance
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the business operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations to the role
• Represent the finance function at key WRB business forums and escalating any issues that may impact finance responsibilities and financial performance of WRB

Our Ideal Candidate
• 12+ years experience in finance at a leading global financial services firm, preferably banking.
• Qualified Accountant i.e., CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent, or MBA (Finance) or other relevant qualification is preferred.
• Strong understanding and/ or previous experience in Credit Cards and Personal Loans product and in RWA and Leverage is preferred.
• Ability to develop forward looking financials model, and impact analysis.
• Ability to design/prepare senior level financial presentations/dashboards.
• Demonstrated track record of leading and managing broad processes, while challenging the status quo and embracing the spirit of transformation.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and returns of financial products.
• Strong Commercial Acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage varied stakeholders and global teams within finance and business.
• Ability to navigate complex situations and ambiguity.
