Description
The work location is based at Tampines. This is a 12-mths contract role.
Credit Administration for End-to-End Processing of HDB and Private Residential Home Loans (PHL)
This includes the following functions:
- Processing and Checking of New Home Loan Applications
- Documentation Processing: This entails disbursement, redemption and other service-related requests, such as:
- Restructuring of credit facilities after disbursement
- Partial capital repayment
- Repricing of loans
- Bridging Loans, etc.
- Safe-Keeping of Security Documents: Performed safekeeping of the security documents via CLIMS
- Liaison with External and Internal Parties: This includes solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centre, Mortgage Specialist centre, and other departments regarding mortgage-related issues and inquiries.

- Responsible, meticulous and able to cope well under pressure and able to work independently as well as in a team
