Are you ready to lead and grow an online device and gadget shop? If you’re a results-driven eCommerce enthusiast with a knack for creating memorable customer experiences and forging strategic partnerships, we’d love to meet you!
As our eCommerce Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our eCommerce platform. From managing the device and gadget shop to expanding market reach through reseller and partner collaborations, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our online success.

- Device and Gadget Shop Management: Oversee daily operations of the device and gadget shop, ensuring optimal product listings, inventory management, and competitive pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for the online store, focusing on key metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience on the eCommerce platform by optimizing product descriptions, website navigation, and the checkout process.
- Partnership Development: Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to enhance product offerings, drive new customer acquisition, and support sales growth.
- Reseller Management: Recruit, appoint, and manage eCommerce resellers to expand the platform’s reach, providing them with guidance and support to achieve sales performance targets.
- Group Buy and Corporate Deals: Lead initiatives to secure group buys and corporate deals that align with the overall sales strategy, contributing to broader revenue goals.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform pricing strategies, product selection, and promotional activities.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales performance, provide regular reports on revenue targets, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure financial objectives are met.
Skills for Success
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, eCommerce operations, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, including experience in managing an online store and working with resellers.
- Proven ability to drive sales and negotiate deals with various stakeholders including corporate clients and resellers.
- Strong ability to analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence and engage partners and teams.
