ABOUT HRTO

HR Transformation Office (HRTO) orchestrates the overall HR Transformation Program and ensures alignment of all prioritised initiatives to HR value drivers. We maintain coherency across strategic projects by providing directional input on integration, dependency, capability needs and guide overall change management and adoption. We lead the agile squads in the implementation and delivery of the transformation program and initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will complement the existing team and be responsible for:

                      Collaborate with the regional and local stakeholders to deliver the relevant HR transformation strategies and program outcomes

                     Program management and aligning activities, resources (including vendor management where relevant) and outputs to achieve defined goals and outcomes

                     Lead or be part of agile squads to deliver on the HR transformation initiatives

                     Develop insightful presentations derived from data, trends, and salient point of view

                     Define metrics, measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

 

Qualifications

 

Experience and Qualifications:

                     Experienced in some of these areas including HR Strategy, HR Transformation, Employee Experience, HR Operating Model and Transition, HR Process Design, Digital HR and Project Management

                     Have a proven track record in managing or leading the delivery of HR related programs in a large organisation is preferred

                     Analytical, creative and resourceful in managing initiatives and work challenges

                     Effective communicator, courage to drive for results and empathy to employees

                     Ability to work effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders

                    High attention to details, meticulous and able to work in an ambiguous environment
